Terms and Conditions for Full Stack SEO Services

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between Full Stack Services, LLC and the individual or entity agreeing to these terms ("Client"). This Agreement governs the provision of Full Stack SEO provided by Full Stack Services, LLC.

1. Services Offered:

Full Stack Services, LLC offers Full Stack SEO services, which include but are not limited to:

• - Keyword research and analysis
• - On-page optimization
• - Off-page optimization
• - Content creation and optimization
• - Technical SEO audits
• - Backlink analysis and building
• - SEO performance tracking and reporting

2. Package Options:

Client can choose from the following package options:

• a) Basic Package: Includes the essential SEO services to improve website visibility and rankings.
• b) Advanced Package: Offers more comprehensive SEO strategies and advanced optimization techniques.
• c) Premium Package: Provides an extensive range of SEO services, tailored to meet specific business goals and objectives.

3. Subscription Duration:

Client agrees to subscribe to the chosen package for a minimum period of:

• a) 1 Month
• b) 3 Months
• c) 1 Year

4. Payment Terms:

• a) Monthly Subscription: Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon monthly fee for the duration of the subscription.
• b) Quarterly Subscription: Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for three consecutive months in advance.
• c) Annual Subscription: Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the entire year in advance.

5. Payment Method:

Client shall provide payment to Full Stack Services, LLC through the designated payment gateway or method as specified by Full Stack Services, LLC.

6. Renewal and Cancellation:

• a) Monthly Subscription: This subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis unless canceled by either party in writing with at least 30 days' notice.
• b) Quarterly Subscription: This subscription automatically renews on a quarterly basis unless canceled by either party in writing with at least 30 days' notice.
• c) Annual Subscription: This subscription automatically renews on an annual basis unless canceled by either party in writing with at least 60 days' notice prior to the end of the subscription period.

7. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect in the event of a material breach of the terms outlined herein. Upon termination, Client shall be responsible for any outstanding payment obligations for services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Confidentiality:

Full Stack Services, LLC agrees to keep any confidential information disclosed by Client during the course of providing the Full Stack SEO services confidential and shall not disclose it to third parties without Client's consent.

9. Limitation of Liability:

Full Stack Services, LLC's liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.
